Our public training courses are open to participants from any organization. They run on announced dates in different cities and are delivered by specialised experts in a practical, interactive style.

A clear annual schedule of cities and dates that lets you plan ahead.

Cancellation and substitution

Cancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge. After that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date; no-shows are charged in full.

Confirmation and payment

A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued; fees are settled before the course starts by bank transfer or credit card.
